Guide to iSAMS: Login and Resetting Password

When you join AISHK, you’ll receive an email to activate your iSAMS Parent Portal account. This only needs to be done once. If you haven’t activated your account, email itsupport@aishk.edu.hk to request a new invitation.

iSAMS Parent Portal Login and Forgotten Password

General information and useful links are on the landing page. To view your child's private details, log in to the Parent Portal by clicking 'Login' (https://aishk.parents.isamshosting.cloud/) at the top centre of the page.

You will then see the ‘Login’ page, where you can enter the email and password created during activation. For security, only you know your password, but you can reset it if forgotten using the link “Forgotten your details?”.
